How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Diving Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
3. Sai triggers, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token.
4. Activate the Thopter token by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast spells from anywhere except your hand.
5. Repeat.

This clever engine turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining draw loop by letting you repeatedly cast it from the top of your library thanks to Mm'menon, the Right Hand. Every time the Top is recast, Sai, Master Thopterist steps in to reward your artifact casting by spawning a fresh 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token. You can immediately tap that newly minted Thopter for blue mana using the special ability granted by Mm'menon, perfectly funding the {1} cost required to cast Sensei's Divining Top once more. While Tannuk, Steadfast Second isn't strictly necessary for the core loop to spin, its presence hands your army haste and offers alternative casting avenues via warp if your hand ever gets involved.
