How it works

1. Activate the land with Elvish Guidance attached by tapping it, adding at least 1.
2. Elvish Guidance triggers, adding at least .
3. Activate Wirewood Lodge's second ability by paying and tapping it, untapping Argothian Elder.
4. Activate Argothian Elder by tapping it, untapping the land with Elvish Guidance attached and Wirewood Lodge.
5. Repeat.
6. If you control at least one additional Elf, this combo nets infinite green mana, and you may tap other lands for mana.

This classic botanical engine uses Argothian Elder and Wirewood Lodge to create a self-sustaining loop of untapped potential, supercharged by the explosive mana production of Elvish Guidance. Because Wirewood Lodge can untap the Elder by spending green mana, and the Elder in turn untaps both the Lodge and the enchanted land, every cycle generates a surplus as long as your Elf count can feed the loop. Once the core is spinning, you can continually tap and untap your entire mana base to generate infinite green mana and infinite untaps of any other lands you control.
