How it works

1. Cast Saw in Half by paying 2, destroying Salvager of Secrets and creating two token copies of it with base power equal to half the destroyed creature's power and base toughness equal to half the destroyed creature's toughness, rounding up each time.
2. When the Salvager of Secrets tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, returning Saw in Half and Sacrifice from your graveyard to your hand.
3. Cast Sacrifice by paying and sacrificing a Salvager of Secrets token, adding an amount of equal to its mana value.
4. Repeat.

This clever black-and-blue loop uses Saw in Half to split a single creature into two copies, whose combined mana value fuels your engine. When the resulting Salvager of Secrets tokens hit the battlefield, their entry triggers allow you to pull Saw in Half and Sacrifice right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. You then cash in one of those tokens using Sacrifice to generate the black mana needed to repeat the whole process.
