How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Mechanized Production triggers.
2. Holding priority, cast Saw in Half by paying 2, destroying a nonlegendary artifact creature you control and creating eight token copies of it with base power equal to half the destroyed creature's power and base toughness equal to half the destroyed creature's toughness, rounding up each time.
3. Resolve the Mechanized Production trigger, creating a token copy of the artifact it is attached to, and causing you to win the game.

This clever sequence uses Mechanized Production attached to a nonlegendary artifact creature to race toward an alternate-win condition right at the start of your upkeep. To multiply the number of artifact tokens exponentially, the combination relies on Anointed Procession and Mondrak, Glory Dominus to radically amplify any token creation effect. By casting Saw in Half in response to the Mechanized Production trigger, you destroy your original artifact creature to instantly flood the board with eight cloned copies. This explosive production easily clears the threshold of eight identically-named artifacts, instantly securing the win when the Mechanized Production trigger finishes resolving.
