How it works
Cast Saw in Half by paying 2, destroying Izzet Chronarch and creating two token copies of it with base power equal to half the destroyed creature's power and base toughness equal to half the destroyed creature's toughness, rounding up each time.
When the Izzet Chronarch tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, returning Saw in Half and Burnt Offering from your graveyard to your hand.
Cast Burnt Offering by paying and sacrificing a Izzet Chronarch token, adding plus an additional amount of and/or equal to its mana value minus 2.
Repeat.
This clever loop uses Saw in Half to slice an Izzet Chronarch into two copies, which immediately trigger upon entering the battlefield to return both Saw in Half and Burnt Offering from your graveyard back to your hand. From there, you use Burnt Offering to sacrifice one of the newly minted Chronarch tokens for a hefty injection of black and red mana, leaving you with enough resources to recast Saw in Half and start the entire cycle anew. Because each iteration leaves you with a net surplus of mana and two fresh tokens replacing the one you sacrificed, you can easily repeat this process as many times as you desire to generate infinite black and red mana alongside an endless stream of sacrifice, enter-the-battlefield, and death triggers.
