How it works

1. Cast Cabal Ritual by paying 1, adding .
2. Cast Saw in Half by paying 2, destroying Eternal Witness and creating two token copies of it with base power equal to half the destroyed creature's power and base toughness equal to half the destroyed creature's toughness, rounding up each time.
3. When the Eternal Witness tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, returning Saw in Half and Cabal Ritual from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This lovely loop centers around the recursion engine of Eternal Witness, whose entry triggers let you scoop spells right back out of the graveyard. By targeting it with Saw in Half, you don't just destroy it—you pop out two shrunken copy tokens that each trigger the same recursion, pulling both Saw in Half and the mana-generating Cabal Ritual right back to your hand. Meanwhile, Cabal Ritual fuels the entire operation with a net surplus of black mana once Threshold is active, letting you endlessly recast everything to flood the board with tiny green shamans and generate infinite storm.
