How it works
Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Priest of Gix.
When Priest of Gix dies, Rakdos triggers.
Holding priority, activate Haunted Crossroads by paying , putting Priest of Gix from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
Resolve the Rakdos trigger, causing you to exile the top three cards of your library with the ability to play them until your next end step.
Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability from step 1, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
Cast Priest of Gix from exile by paying 2.
When Priest of Gix enters the battlefield, it triggers, adding .
Repeat.
This recursive loop turns Priest of Gix into a self-sustaining engine by cycling it endlessly between the battlefield, graveyard, and exile. With Jet Medallion reducing its cost, casting the Priest requires only two mana—leaving a surplus of black mana from its own entry trigger when it enters the battlefield. Bartolomé del Presidio provides the sacrifice outlet to send the Priest to the graveyard, where Haunted Crossroads allows you to instantly fish it back onto the top of your library. Meanwhile, Rakdos, the Muscle capitalizes on each sacrifice to continuously dig through your library and exile cards that you can freely cast, generating an overwhelming storm count, massive +1/+1 counters on Bartolomé, and access to your entire deck.
