How it works

1. Activate a land that enters the battlefield untapped by tapping it, adding at least 1.
2. Storm Cauldron triggers, returning the land from the battlefield to your hand.
3. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield on top of your library.
4. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
5. Kellan triggers, putting a land from your hand onto the battlefield.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the self-replacing nature of Sensei's Divining Top into an engine for endless card draw and landfall. With The Reality Chip attached to a creature, you gain the ability to cast the Top directly from the top of your library, which in turn triggers Kellan, the Kid to effortlessly dump a land from your hand onto the battlefield without paying its mana cost. That newly played land immediately fuels Storm Cauldron, whose taxation forces the land right back to your hand the moment it taps for mana. By continually tapping and redrawing Sensei's Divining Top while bouncing your lands back to hand, you generate a perpetual motion machine that stacks your deck and floods the board.
