How it works

1. Activate a land that enters the battlefield untapped by tapping it, adding at least 1.
2. Storm Cauldron triggers, returning the land from the battlefield to your hand.
3. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield on top of your library.
4. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
5. Kellan triggers, putting a land from your hand onto the battlefield.
6. Repeat.

This engine uses Madame Web, Clairvoyant to turn the top of your library into an extension of your hand, letting you repeatedly cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top while drawing a card and placing the Top back where it started. Every time you cast the Top from your library rather than your hand, Kellan, the Kid's triggered ability steps in to let you immediately drop a land from your hand onto the battlefield. That newly played land is instantly bounced back to your hand by Storm Cauldron's penalty whenever it is tapped for mana, fueling a continuous loop that generates infinite card draw and near-infinite landfall triggers.
