How it works

1. Activate Cold Storage's first ability twice by paying 6, exiling Razor Hippogriff and Dockside Extortionist from the battlefield.
2. Activate Cold Storage by sacrificing it, returning Dockside Extortionist and Razor Hippogriff from exile to the battlefield.
3. When Dockside Extortionist and Razor Hippogriff enters the battlefield, they trigger.
4. Resolve the Dockside Extortionist trigger, creating at least ten Treasure artifact tokens.
5. Resolve the Razor Hippogriff trigger, returning Cold Storage from your graveyard to your hand and causing you to gain 4 life.
6. Activate ten Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 10.
7. Cast Cold Storage by paying 4.
8. Repeat.
9. If opponents control eleven or more artifacts and/or enchantments, this combo nets infinite Treasure tokens and colored mana.

This loop relies on the brilliant synergy between Cold Storage, Dockside Extortionist, and Razor Hippogriff to generate endless value whenever your opponents' boards are sufficiently cluttered with artifacts and enchantments. By utilizing Cold Storage to tuck your creatures away and then sacrificing the artifact to bring them right back, you repeatedly trigger Dockside Extortionist's explosive mana generation to fund the whole operation. Meanwhile, Razor Hippogriff swoops in upon re-entry to retrieve the sacrificed Cold Storage from your graveyard to your hand while padding your life total, allowing you to recast it and do it all over again.
