How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns Traxos, Scourge of Kroog into a mana-producing engine by using Utopia Vow to strip away its restrictions and grant it a tap ability. With The Reality Chip reconfigured onto a creature, you gain the ability to cast artifacts directly from the top of your library, setting the stage for Sensei's Divining Top to do what it does best. By tapping Traxos for mana and using Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card while returning itself to the library's top, you can continuously recast the Top. Each casting of Sensei's Divining Top triggers Traxos, Scourge of Kroog to untap, letting you repeat the entire process for infinite card draw and storm count.
