How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns the modest mechanical synergy between Traxos, Scourge of Kroog and Utopia Vow into an absolute engine, transforming the great beast into a mana source while neatly bypassing its inability to untap normally.
