How it works
- Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
- Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
- Repeat.
This clever loop turns the legendary Juggernaut Traxos, Scourge of Kroog into an unexpected untap engine whenever you cast a historic spell. Crystal Skull, Isu Spyglass paves the way by letting you cast artifacts straight from the top of your library while also granting you a blue mana source. To fuel the engine, A Realm Reborn steps in with a crucial static ability that grants your other permanents the ability to tap for any color of mana, allowing Traxos to help foot the bill. Finally, Sensei's Divining Top acts as the recurring historic spell that feeds the loop: you tap it to draw a card and slide it onto the library, then immediately recast it from the top thanks to the Skull, which in turn untaps Traxos so you can repeat the process indefinitely.
