How it works

Meanwhile, Crystal Skull, Isu Spyglass lets you peer at the top of your library and play the Top directly from there once it is placed on top of your library by its own activation. By continuously tapping Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and put it back, then casting it for zero mana thanks to Cemetery Prowler while utilizing Crystal Skull, Isu Spyglass to play it off the top, you generate infinite card draw, endless draw triggers, and a near-infinite storm count.
