How it works

The magic is made possible by Cemetery Prowler, whose static ability reduces the cost of artifact spells by {1} for each card type they share with its exiled prey, completely erasing the mana cost of the Top. Meanwhile, Mm'menon, the Right Hand provides both the top-deck casting permission and the mana generation needed to get the sequence rolling. By tapping the Top to draw a card and place it back on top of your library, you can then recast it from the top thanks to Mm'menon, triggering infinite card draws, infinite draw triggers, and a near-infinite storm count.
