How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing another nonland creature.
2. When the creature dies, Beifong's Bounty Hunters triggers, earthbending a land you control.
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the earthbent land.
5. When the land dies, Ogre Slumlord and Beifong's Bounty Hunters trigger.
6. Resolve the Beifong's Bounty Hunters trigger, returning the land from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Resolve the Ogre Slumlord trigger, creating a creature token.
8. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
9. Repeat.

This loop turns a simple sacrifice into a devastating engine by cycling your own lands right back to the battlefield. You begin by using Altar of Dementia to mill an opponent while feeding a creature to the graveyard, which triggers Beifong's Bounty Hunters to animate one of your lands with a growing pile of +1/+1 counters. Because Beifong's Bounty Hunters ensures that land returns to the battlefield tapped whenever it dies or is exiled, you can immediately sacrifice that massive land-creature to Altar of Dementia right back. Finally, Ogre Slumlord quietly watches over the carnage, churning out a steady stream of Rat tokens to keep your sacrifice fodder plentiful while granting them deathtouch just for good measure.
