How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

This elegant loop lets you draw your entire deck by exploiting the way Sensei's Divining Top can constantly replace its own draw with putting itself back on top of your library. Normally, you'd have to pay {1} to recast it, but Samut, the Driving Force steps in to reduce noncreature spell costs by an amount equal to your speed, letting you cast the Top for free once your speed hits 1. Meanwhile, The Reality Chip sits on the battlefield granting you the crucial ability to cast spells directly from the top of your library. Together, these pieces turn a simple artifact shuffle into an endless engine of infinite card draw and a towering storm count.
