How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

By combining The Reality Chip's static ability to let you cast spells directly from the top of your library with Sami, Wildcat Captain's affinity for artifacts, Sensei's Divining Top becomes completely free to cast. You simply tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it on top of your library, and because it is an artifact that counts toward its own cost reduction, you can recast it for zero mana right back onto the library. Repeating this loop allows you to continuously draw your entire deck, generate near-infinite storm count, and trigger infinite draw effects.
