How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

This engine turns the top of your library into a self-sustaining loop by combining The Reality Chip's static ability—which lets you cast spells directly from the top—with the cycling trick of Sensei's Divining Top. Because Valeria Richards, Precocious reduces the cost of noncreature spells by {1}, Sensei's Divining Top becomes completely free to cast each time you draw it, while also triggering her ability to draw an extra card on your first noncreature spell each turn. By repeatedly tapping the artifact to draw a card and place it on top of your library, only to recast it immediately for zero mana, you can cycle through your entire deck to generate infinite draw triggers and a massive storm count.
