How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat
4. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield on top of your library.
5. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 due to Fortune Teller's Talent.
6. Repeat.

This elegant engine turns a familiar artifact loop into a runaway advantage machine by reducing costs and leveraging alternative casting zones. With Fortune Teller's Talent at Level 3 and Savvy Trader both on the field, the cost reductions combine to make casting Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library entirely free. You simply tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it back on top of your library, then recast it for zero mana thanks to the passive permissions granted by Fortune Teller's Talent allowing you to play from the top. Cycling it endlessly through your library this way generates infinite card draw, infinite draw triggers, and a massive storm count to finish off the table.
