How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 due to Artist's Talent.
2. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Rook Turret triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Rook Turret trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library, and then discard a card other than Sensei's Divining Top.
5. Repeat

This delightful loop turns a modest artifact into a self-sustaining engine by exploiting the cost-reduction of Artist's Talent at Level 2, which drops the mana value of Sensei's Divining Top down to zero. Once the Top is cast, the entrance of a new artifact triggers Rook Turret, allowing you to cycle through your deck by tapping Sensei's Divining Top in response to draw a card and place the Top right back on top of your library. When the Rook Turret trigger resolves, it draws the Top straight out of your library into your hand, letting you seamlessly repeat the entire process to loot through your deck and churn through your spells.
