How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 1
2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch triggers, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Skyswimmer Koi triggers.
4. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
5. Resolve the Skyswimmer Koi trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library, and then discard a card other than Sensei's Divining Top.
6. Repeat

This clever loop turns the unassuming artifact Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by leveraging the persistent triggered abilities of both Skyswimmer Koi and The Vision and Scarlet Witch. Each time you recast the Top, the Koi triggers to let you loot—allowing you to draw the Top right back off your library instead of letting it resolve—while the Vision and Scarlet Witch provides the red mana needed to recast it. Because Sensei's Divining Top can also be tapped in response to its own entry to draw a card, you get to cycle it repeatedly through your hand and library, fueling endless cast triggers, near-infinite +1/+1 counters, and infinite looting.
