How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 due to Samut.
2. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Rook Turret triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Rook Turret trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library, and then discard a card other than Sensei's Divining Top.
5. Repeat

This engine transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining card-drawing and looting machine by leveraging the cost-reduction of Samut, the Driving Force alongside the card-filtering trigger of Rook Turret. Because Samut, the Driving Force lowers the cost of noncreature spells by an amount equal to your speed, Sensei's Divining Top can be recast for free once your speed reaches 4. As Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Rook Turret triggers to reward the artifact's arrival, letting you draw and discard while cleverly responding to that trigger by tapping Sensei's Divining Top to put itself back on top of your library to be drawn.
