Meanwhile, Samut, the Driving Force serves as the crucial cost-reducer, shaving {X} off the casting cost of your noncreature spells based on your current speed; once your speed is at least 1, Samut entirely eliminates the {1} mana cost required to cast Sensei's Divining Top, allowing you to draw your entire deck and rack up an astonishing storm count without spending a single additional mana.
