How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 due to Samut.
2. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Fateful Discovery triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Fateful Discovery trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
5. Repeat

This clever loop leverages Samut, the Driving Force to discount noncreature spells down to zero mana once your speed is high enough, allowing you to cast Sensei's Divining Top entirely for free. As the Top enters the battlefield, Fateful Discovery triggers to draw a card, but you can respond immediately by tapping the Top to draw a card and place it right back on top of your library. When that Fateful Discovery trigger finally resolves, you draw Sensei's Divining Top straight out of your library, primed to be recast and repeat the cycle for infinite card draw and storm count.
