How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

This clever loop turns your library into an endless engine of card draw and storm count by turning Sensei's Divining Top into a free spell. While Sensei's Divining Top normally costs {1} to activate its first ability, its second ability lets you tap it to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library. From there, Voyager Quickwelder steps in to reduce the cost of your artifact spells by {1}, making it free to recast the Top right off your library. You are able to execute this seamlessly because The Lunar Whale allows you to look at the top card of your library at any time, and—crucially—as long as The Lunar Whale attacked that turn, its static ability lets you freely play that top card.
