How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

This elegant loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by tapping it to draw a card and place itself on top of your library. From there, Mm'menon, the Right Hand lets you cast artifact spells directly from the top of your library while turning those artifacts into mana sources that produce the blue mana required to pay for them. Because Temur Battlecrier discounts your artifact spells based on your power-4-or-greater creatures, that cost reduction drops the casting price down to zero, allowing you to infinitely repeat the process for limitless card draw and storm count.
