How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 due to Lyse Hext.
2. Lyse Hext's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Rook Turret triggers.
4. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
5. Resolve the Rook Turret trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library, and then discard a card other than Sensei's Divining Top.
6. Repeat

This ingenious loop transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a free, endlessly re-castable engine by taking full advantage of the cost reduction provided by Lyse Hext. As you repeatedly cast the artifact for zero mana, Rook Turret steps in with its passive triggered ability to instantly draw the Top right back out of your library whenever it enters the battlefield. This dynamic lets you tap Sensei's Divining Top in response to the turret's trigger to draw a real card before the artifact is swept away, letting you filter through your entire deck while the constant stream of noncreature spells feeds Lyse Hext's prowess to make her toweringly massive.
