How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 1
2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch triggers, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Rook Turret triggers.
4. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
5. Resolve the Rook Turret trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library, and then discard a card other than Sensei's Divining Top.
6. Repeat

This clever loop turns the humble Sensei's Divining Top into an engine for infinite filtering and growth by leveraging the static and triggered abilities of your battlefield pieces. As you repeatedly cast the artifact, The Vision and Scarlet Witch rewards each spell cast by feeding you red mana and growing larger with a +1/+1 counter, while Rook Turret watches every entry to let you draw and discard endlessly. By tapping Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library in response to that entry trigger, you can let the Rook Turret trigger cleanly resolve to draw the Top right back out of your library.
