How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 due to Valeria Richards.
2. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Rook Turret triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Rook Turret trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library, and then discard a card other than Sensei's Divining Top.
5. Repeat

This cunning little engine transforms your library into a revolving door by leveraging Valeria Richards, Precocious to make Sensei's Divining Top completely free to cast. As the Top enters the battlefield, Rook Turret spots the new artifact and triggers to net you a card and a discard; before that trigger even resolves, you tap the Top to draw a card and slide it right back onto the top of your library. When the Turret's trigger finally resolves, you draw that very same Top straight out of your library, allowing you to feed your graveyard and churn through your deck endlessly.
