How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.

This engine takes off once Mm'menon, the Right Hand is in play, granting you the ability to cast artifact spells directly from the top of your library while turning all your artifacts into mana sources that produce blue mana for spells cast from anywhere other than your hand. With Ballad of the Black Flag having reached its fourth lore counter, your historic spells receive a crucial {2} cost reduction, allowing Sensei's Divining Top to be cast for free from the top of your library. By tapping Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library, you can then freely recast it using the mana generated by Mm'menon, the Right Hand, establishing an infinite loop that yields endless card draw and a near-infinite storm count.
