How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 due to Sami.
2. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Fateful Discovery triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Fateful Discovery trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
5. Repeat

This clever loop turns the classic Sensei's Divining Top into an endless engine of discovery. With Sami, Wildcat Captain providing free artifact cost reduction, you can cast the Top for zero mana, immediately triggering Fateful Discovery to draw a card. By activating the Top in response to that draw trigger—tapping it to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library—the pending Fateful Discovery trigger then pulls the Top right back into your hand, letting you repeat the entire process indefinitely for infinite card draw and a massive storm count.
