How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Diving Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Weapons Manufacturing triggers, creating a Munitions token.
4. Activate the Munitions token by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast spells from anywhere except your hand.
5. Repeat.

This crafty setup turns a humble artifact top into an endless engine by leveraging the passive vision granted by Mm'menon, the Right Hand, which lets you always know when to recast it. You use Sensei's Divining Top to draw itself and slide right back onto your library, where Mm'menon allows you to cast it again for just {1}. Every time it re-enters, Weapons Manufacturing steps in to forge a fresh Munitions token, which you then tap for blue mana thanks to Mm'menon's mana ability to fund the next loop.
