How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

This elegant loop turns your library into a self-sustaining engine by taking advantage of Madame Web, Clairvoyant, whose static ability lets you cast noncreature spells directly from the top of your library. Once you tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library, Madame Web's permission allows you to immediately cast it again for zero mana. Advanced Reconstruction supercharges this loop once it reaches Level 3, whose passive cost-reduction makes casting the Top from the top of your library completely free, while its Level 2 ability simultaneously weaponizes the entire process by pinging your opponents to death whenever the Top leaves your graveyard.
