How it works

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Medomai the Ageless.
2. Medomai the Ageless triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Idris by paying 1.
4. When Idris enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Medomai the Ageless until Idris leaves the battlefield.
5. Activate Jhoira's Timebug by tapping it, putting a time counter on Idris.
6. Move to your extra turn.
7. At the beginning of your upkeep, Idris's vanishing ability triggers, removing a time counter from it.
8. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Idris.
9. Idris triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
10. Repeat from step 5.

This ingenious loop turns Medomai the Ageless into a repeatable source of extra turns by exploiting clone-like copying and time mechanics. Normally, Medomai can't attack during extra turns, but when Idris, Soul of the TARDIS enters the battlefield, it exiles Medomai to copy its activated and triggered abilities, gaining the coveted extra-turn trigger without the attack restriction. Meanwhile, The Flesh Is Weak plays a crucial role by turning Medomai into an artifact before exile and boosting creatures with +1/+1 counters, allowing Idris to enter as an artifact creature. Finally, Jhoira's Timebug keeps Idris safe from its own Vanishing 3 timer by constantly adding time counters, ensuring the infinite extra turns never run out.
