How it works

1. Activate Fungal Bloom by paying , putting two spore counters on a Fungus you control.
2. Activate a Fungus by removing two spore counters from it, creating three 1/1 Saproling creature tokens.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Saprolings, adding .
4. Repeat.

This fascinating green-and-white engine converts raw mana into an overwhelming fungal swarm, supercharged by Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion and Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation. While Fungal Bloom normally demands heavy mana investment to place spore counters, Lae'zel ensures your Fungus friends—aided naturally by Sporoloth Ancient—accumulate extra counters with every application. Once those counters are spent to spawn Saproling tokens, Ojer Taq steps in to triple the output, creating an abundance of creatures ready to be fed into Phyrexian Altar. The resulting sacrifice yields enough mana to loop Fungal Bloom indefinitely, netting you infinite colored mana, tokens, and death triggers in the process.
