How it works

1. Activate Fungal Bloom by paying , putting two spore counters on a Fungus you control.
2. Activate a Fungus by removing two spore counters from it, creating three 1/1 Saproling creature tokens.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Saprolings, adding .
4. Repeat.

This explosive engine relies on a brilliant multiplicative feedback loop that turns a single burst of mana into an overwhelming fungal swarm. Loading Zone doubles the counters you generate, allowing Fungal Bloom to stock your creatures with massive piles of spores for cheap, while Sporoloth Ancient translates those counters into an endless supply of Saprolings. Thanks to Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation, every time you harvest those spores, you actually spawn triple the tokens, creating a massive surplus. You can then feed those excess tokens right into Phyrexian Altar to churn them into mana, entirely refunding the cost of Fungal Bloom while generating infinite colored mana, sacrifices, and a boundless army of tokens.
