How it works
- Activate Fungal Bloom by paying , putting two spore counters on a Fungus you control.
- Activate a Fungus by removing two spore counters from it, creating a 1/1 Frog and a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Frog and Saproling, adding .
- Repeat.

Quina, Qu Gourmet amplifies this harvest even further by spitting out an extra Frog token alongside every creation, providing the perfect fodder to feed directly into Phyrexian Altar. Sacrificing those creatures to the Altar not only fuels the loop's mana costs to keep Fungal Bloom spinning endlessly, but also yields an unbroken cascade of sacrifice and death triggers.
