How it works

1. Activate Fungal Bloom by paying , putting two spore counters on a Fungus you control.
2. Activate a Fungus by removing two spore counters from it, creating two 1/1 Saproling creature tokens.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Saprolings, adding .
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns humble fungi into an endless engine of life and sacrifice, fueled by Fungal Bloom and its mana-efficient counter generation. Thanks to Loading Zone doubling the counters placed on your creatures, every activation yields an abundance of resources, while Mondrak, Glory Dominus steps in to double the resulting Saproling tokens you create. You can then feed those newly spawned tokens directly into Phyrexian Altar to generate the green mana needed to keep Fungal Bloom running indefinitely. Even Sporoloth Ancient aids the cause by granting your creatures the ability to generate Saprolings by removing spore counters, creating a closed ecosystem that yields infinite creature sacrifices and death triggers.
