How it works

1. Activate Mox Amber by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Cast the permanent by paying at most one colored mana.
3. Hullbreaker Horror triggers, returning Sol Ring from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Cast Mox Amber by paying 0
5. Hullbreaker Horror triggers, returning the permanent cast in step 2 from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Repeat.

This elegant loop leverages Hullbreaker Horror's powerful cast trigger to recycle your board state every time you deploy a spell. By casting Mox Amber for zero mana, you trigger the Horror to bounce your cheap setup permanent back to your hand. Recasting that permanent then triggers the Horror *again* to return Mox Amber, untapping and resetting it for endless loops of mana and storm.
