How it works

1. Activate Selvala by paying and tapping it, adding at least 1 plus enough mana to cast a creature card from your hand.
2. Cast a creature card by paying its mana cost.
3. Hullbreaker Horror triggers, returning Selvala from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Cast Selvala by paying 1.
5. Hullbreaker Horror triggers, returning the creature cast in step 2 from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Repeat.

This loop relies on Hullbreaker Horror acting as a relentless mechanical engine whenever you cast spells, letting you continuously bounce and recast your pieces. By using Selvala, Heart of the Wilds to tap for a massive influx of green and colored mana based on the greatest power among your creatures, you easily fund the casting costs to keep the cycle going. Each time you cast a creature to net more mana or trigger other effects, Hullbreaker Horror steps in to return Selvala or that creature right back to your hand, fueled entirely by Yarus, Roar of the Old Gods granting haste to let your forces move at a moment's notice (even if Yarus's primary protective and card-advantage clauses sit quietly in the background).
