How it works

2. Cast the permanent from your graveyard for its mayhem cost by paying 0 due to Green Goblin.
3. Hullbreaker Horror trigger, returning another nonland permaennt that costs 2 or less from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the spell from step 2.
5. Repeat.
