How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Voracious Brood.
2. When Voracious Brood dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to its replacement effect.
3. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability.
4. Repeat.

This cunning loop transforms the eternal cycle of death and rebirth into a lethal engine of destruction. With Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight on its back face granting persist to your nontoken creatures, sacrificing Voracious Brood to Goblin Bombardment sends it to the graveyard only for it to immediately bounce right back to the battlefield. Because Voracious Brood enters with counters that cancel out the persist's -1/-1 counters, the creature can repeat this sacrifice ad infinitum, turning a single endless loop into infinite damage and death triggers.
