How it works

1. Activate Moonscarred Werewolf by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Sword of the Paruns by paying 1, untapping Moonscarred Werewolf.
3. Repeat.

By enchanters of old, Power Artifact wraps around the blade to radically discount its activation price, dropping Sword of the Paruns' built-in untap cost to a mere single mana. This transforms the sword into an engine that can continually untap Moonscarred Werewolf (the transformed face of Scorned Villager // Moonscarred Werewolf) for less than the green mana the werewolf produces when tapped. Because Power Artifact cannot reduce an activation cost below one mana, paying that single mana is just enough to fuel an infinite loop of tapping and untapping, generating an endless supply of green mana.
