How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Metamorphosis Fanatic.
2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic dies, Vengeful Bloodwitch triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life.
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Junji.
5. When Junji dies, it and Vengeful Bloodwitch trigger.
6. Resolve the Vengeful Bloodwitch trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life.
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life.
8. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
9. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
10. Repeat.
