How it works

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Wingrattle Scarecrow.
2. When Wingrattle Scarecrow dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Melira.
3. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability
4. Repeat.

This clever little loop relies on Melira, Sylvok Outcast and her passive ability preventing -1/-1 counters from being placed on your creatures, which completely negates the downside of Wingrattle Scarecrow's persist ability. By feeding Wingrattle Scarecrow to Viscera Seer, you trigger the scarecrow to return to the battlefield endlessly without ever accumulating the counters that would normally stop it from recurring. This creates a perpetual cycle of sacrifices that fuels infinite enters-the-battlefield, leaves-the-battlefield, and death triggers while letting you sift through your entire deck with infinite scry 1 activations.
