How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Wingrattle Scarecrow.
2. When Wingrattle Scarecrow dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Melira.
3. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns an ordinary scarecrow into an endless engine of destruction by exploiting a clever interaction with persist. Normally, Wingrattle Scarecrow would return from the graveyard with a -1/-1 counter that permanently shuts off its own ability, but Melira, Sylvok Outcast steps in with her static ability to completely prevent those counters from ever being placed. With Melira neutralizing the downside, you can endlessly sacrifice Wingrattle Scarecrow to Goblin Bombardment to repeatedly trigger its return, recycling the creature infinitely to deal infinite damage to any target.
