3. Resolve the Atog ability.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Melira, Sylvok Outcast and her passive ability to completely negate the downside of persist, allowing Wingrattle Scarecrow to return from the graveyard every time it dies without picking up the -1/-1 counter that would normally stop it from recurring.
