How it works

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Obstinate Gargoyle.
2. When Obstinate Gargoyle dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Melira.
3. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability
4. Repeat.

This resilient loop relies on Melira, Sylvok Outcast's passive blessing, which stops -1/-1 counters from being placed on your creatures and effectively overrides the drawback of Obstinate Gargoyle's persist ability.
