How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Puppeteer Clique.
2. When Puppeteer Clique dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Melira.
3. When Puppeteer Clique enters, it triggers, putting a creature from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
4. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
5. Repeat.

This devious loop turns your opponents' graveyards into a bottomless resource by exploiting the interaction between Melira, Sylvok Outcast and Puppeteer Clique's persist ability. Because Melira prevents -1/-1 counters from being placed on your creatures, Puppeteer Clique can return from the graveyard over and over again without ever suffering the downside that would normally stop persist from triggering twice. Each time it returns, its enter-the-battlefield ability triggers to steal another creature from an opponent's graveyard, while Bloodflow Connoisseur happily sacrifices the Clique to fuel the loop and grows indefinitely large with endless +1/+1 counters in the process.
